  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per room per night.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, our continental buffet breakfast is not included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, certainly.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French, English, Italian, Spanish, Dutch (depends who is there at the time!).
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    All our rooms are located on the first floor of the building. There is no elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    We do have some rooms located towards the rear of the Hotel which may be quieter.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some of our spacious rooms have a small terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a television in every room. There are French, Italian and English (American) channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, in each room.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    The Hotel has central air conditioning and is turned on when required. There is no extra charge for this facility.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Rooms have an ADSL line for laptop computer owners. There is no public computer available for use although there are many e-mail cafes nearby.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    The Hotel has an agreement with the nearby Nice Etoile shopping centre car-park. Hotel customers benefit from a reduced rate.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    In any of the many rent-a-car offices nearby. We would be delighted to arrange car-hire for you.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    The Hotel is situated in the heart of Nice. Eze, Villefranche, Beausoleil, Cap D'Ail, Monaco, Menton, Ventemiglia, St. Laurent, Antibes, Cannes, St Raphael, Frejus are all nearby.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Nice Airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we can however arrange taxi pick upon request. A very good bus and taxi service exists at Nice airport in any case.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Place Massena bus stop at the foot of Avenue Jean Medecin.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Nice Ville.
  • How far away is the beach?
    A 5 to 10 minute walk.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    Mainly a public beach with some private areas.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Small pets are allowed.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, if you have the correct cables and accessories.
