  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room, per day.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Our continental breakfast is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Bills have to be settled on departure, but you are free to choose to pre-pay on arrival and to pay the extra services on departure.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French, English, German and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors and no elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, our rooms are very quiet and offer great views of Cannes bay.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some apartment do have.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    The majority of rooms do have a round balcony or a loggia.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do. Given that only some rooms are non-smoking we ask our guests to ask for one of these rooms at the reservation.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    There is a satellite TV with some international channels (English, German and Italian).
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All the rooms are equipped with individual air-conditioning. There is no extra cost for this, but this service is available only during the summer period.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, we do (upon request).
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Parking available, and free of charge.
    Closed garage available upon request with a daily extra charge.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    There are many car rental agencies in Mandelieu (7 km), or directly at Nice Airport on your arrival.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    There is a supermarket in Mandelieu (7 km) and some grocery stores in Théoule village (4,5 km ).
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Théoule center (4,5 km),Mandelieu, 7 km. Cannes is at only 15 km.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Nice Côte d' Azur International Airport (42 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, where you can take the bus which takes to St Raphaël and Cannes.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Cannes TGV railway station (15 km).
  • How far away is the beach?
    The hotel has got its private beach. It is a plateform established on the rocky seashore of the wonderful "Corniche d' Or". Swimming is in deep water, and not adapted for children who do not swim by themselves.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    Private. Public beaches are located 2 km far from the hotel.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are welcome (daily extra charge).
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
    In summer lunch is served by the sea on a splendid terrace.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can. All rooms have Internet access and there is a Wi-fi point in then lobby.
