  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 3pm.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room for 2 people. Rates are the same in single or double occupancy.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included in room rates.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The bill for accommodation can be settled on arrival, extra must be paid at time of departure/check-out.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French, English, Italian, Spanish, few words in German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The hotel consists of 3 floors accessible with a lift, and one groundfloor with few stairs but no lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are different with provencal decor, private and romantic space. We propose 2 different views: village side overlooking pedestrian streets of the village, or valley view.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Only 2 of our suites have a private terrace overlooking the valley.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, there is no balcony in our accommodations.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, non smoking rooms are available on request.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, our rooms are equipped with satellite television.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, our rooms are equipped with direct phone line.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, our rooms are equipped with air conditionning in summer, and heating in winter.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, the wireless is available in the lounge of the hote, free of charge.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is no pool in the hotel.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, a free car park is available at 50 meters from the hotel.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Our reception staff can help you to rent a car in order to deliver it at the airport or at the hotel.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    The hotel is located in the heart of the medieval village of Saint Paul de Vence, where there are a lot of shops.
  • Are there vineyards nearby?
    The closest vineyard is located at 35 kilometers from the hotel: Bellet (near Nice).
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Saint Paul de Vence, Vence, Cagnes sur Mer are the closest villages.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Nice Côte d'Azur is at 15 kilometers.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, but we can organize a taxi transfer, on request, with supplement.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus stop is at 5 minutes walking from the hotel, at the entrance of the village.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Cagnes sur mer is at 5 kilometers.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is no fitness center.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, pets are allowed with a supplement fee.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, we are pleased to welcome you in our gastronomic restaurant, with one star in the Michelin guide.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can connect your modem from the rooms.
