• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room/apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included, but a breakfast buffet is available with a supplement.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes or upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, German and Dutch.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors. Sorry no we do not have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are very quiet, and romantic in Provencal style.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of them have terrace or private garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have satellite TPS TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Every room has air conditioning without any extra charges.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Outside swimming pool open from April to October.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have private parking (extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  On request at the reception or in the city center.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Antibes and Cannes.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice Cote-d'Azur airport, 30 minutes by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can book you a private transfer from the airport to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Boulevard Wilson.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Juan les Pins, 5 minutes by walk from the Hotel.
• How far away is the beach?
  200 meters from the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  There are several private beaches and public ones.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, with an extra charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, there is Wi-Fi in all rooms and apartments.
