• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, our buffet breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer. Credit card details are asked at the reservation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German, Italian and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and 2 lifts in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, some rooms do have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not at the hôtel but there is a public parking just next to the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  By phone at the reception othwerise there is a car rental agency few metres far from the hotel.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, we are in the heart of the town.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  We are in the center of Nice.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice airport (5 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not but there is an airport shuttle service (next to the Royal) every twenty minutes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Nice Ville railway station (1 km).
• How far away is the beach?
  Opposite the hotel! You have just to cross the street.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a gym.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a gourmet restaurant specialized in traditional French food.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
