We originally booked a rate with you,
online, and when we arrived at the hotel
they disagreed with the rate stated in the
voucher. However, when we showed them the
voucher they agreed to honor the rate. No
problems with the front desk.Thank you for
providing the voucher.

Low key, very clean, helpful staff,
accomodating and polite. Great rooms at a
nice price. I would recommend the hotel to a
friend.

The hotel was only a 7 E cost from the train station and the bellman met the taxi and had the luggage in our rooms before we were.

What a wonderful hotel at a wonderful location. I could not be more pleased. The staff spoke fluent English and was very helpful. The pooms were imaculate, the price was great, and the beach was right accross the street. The location is better than the Negresco and the wonderful restaurant Baracuda was only a half block away.

Good location at a good price. Within walking distance of the old town of Nice; beautiful sea view; nice beach across the street from the Hotel.

I think it was a good deal for what I paid. The location was great and that gets you past some of the lack of maintenence.

Perfect location and view (if you are on the sea side). I think we were about the only non-retired ones there. average age of a guest was well over 55. Shower head was broke, curtian was moldy, and a few other small things like that. However, for the price i felt like we still got a great deal!

As efficient as I would expect from a good hotel but also very friendly. Everything explained in good English (as opposed to my poor French!).

There should be an English speaking channel on the television. The lounges did not have very comfortable chairs for sitting and reading but the view was excellent. My luggage was looked after until my afternoon departure.

The voucher stated a price in US Dollars but on checking out the Us Dollar price was considerably higher than expected. I paid by card rather than dollars which will result in an excess currency charge.
The gentleman on reception was particularly helpful. Internet facilities would be useful but the internet cafe next door was adequate.

Our toilet was broken and the maintenance staff gone for the day so the front desk person tried to fix it herself (rather unsuccessfully!). I had to request a different room to get a working toilet--this seems like something the front desk staff should have volunteered and not have had to deliberate about when I asked.

There are many activities happening in the hotel that we had no knowledge of--clearer information about these would have been appreciated.
Appreciated the free internet access.
