• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in : from 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm . Or sooner on request.

• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included. It's a very nice and very large buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and private, looking forward the pine grove. Our hotel is particularly romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have ten rooms on the ground floor with private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  2 rooms have a balcony with a nice view to the pine grove.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have some non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in all rooms there is a satellite TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone with direct dialing and modem connection.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning with your own remote control in all rooms, without any extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes at the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes there is a large swiming pool ( 20 x 5 ) with a Jacuzzi.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have our own private parking at the hotel, closed and safe.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Nice airport or at the railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The international airport in Nice is 60 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we have a pickup service. The transfer from the airport to the hotel costs 110 euros.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in front of the hotel. its name is SAN PEDRO. Thelast bus is at 7:00 pm.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in the center of Saint Raphael at 3.5 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes we have a small fitness and sauna in the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes pets are welcome
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes we have a very good restaurant
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes you can.
