• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Les Rosées offers a big breakfast which comprises a variety of high quality, local products. Some of which are organic.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  2 floors, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, that is our major positive point.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No private terrace or courtyard. But due to our establishment holding just 3 suites the common terrace/garden is very often just yours.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  No, we keep the outside world outside. That is also one of
  our advantages.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in every room installed in 2004 thus very quiet and clean. No extra charge for this service. Not seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes - summer.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is inside property - safe for your cars.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearest town - Cannes - has all major rental companies.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes but we kindly ask our guests not to bring food inside the hotel. Food is readily available onsite. Food cannot be prepared in the hotels kitchen by guests.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes with possible visits.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Mougins followed by Cannes.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice Cote d'Azur.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes in Bentley. Please ask.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  5 mins walk in Mougins.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Cannes.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We do have a massage/aesthetics room but no gym.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but restaurants are walking distance.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Internet is readily available in all rooms but also on the terrasse and by the pool thanks to our newly installed Wi-Fi system which transmits datas at 8 mega! Please note that to connect you will need to bring your own computer.
