• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is not included in the price. You can decide to have breakfast in the Pool House, in the garden or directly in your room. Please inform the reception about your favourite spot.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is a ground floor and a first one and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are romantic and quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, they do. The rooms on the ground floor have a terrace with access to the garden, the rooms on the first floor have a balcony.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the rooms on the first floor do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal (May-September) and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is a large swimming pool in the garden open all year round.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the center of Sainte-Maxime, at 400 metres from the Hotel
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are some grocery stores close to the house and some supermarkets in the centre of Sainte Maxime (500 metres far from the property).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Sainte-Maxime.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Toulon 60 km, Nice 80 Km, Saint-Tropez la Molle 20 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is 200 metres far from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Saint-Raphael (28 km far from Les Santolines).
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is opposite the house.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet from the room with your own laptop and your provider.
