  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 9.30pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room/apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Continental breakfast is included in the rooms price. There is an extra charge only for hot meals (scrambled eggs, bacon and so on). Apartment are self-catering.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, as you prefer.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, Spanish and a bit of Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 3 floors and there is an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, especially the rooms with canal view.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, some of our rooms do.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, some of our rooms do.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and there is no extra charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not but there is an Internet Point nearby.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not but Port Grimaud has wonderful beaches!
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, parking is available in Place des Artisans, a large parking area located before the entrance of Port Grimaud.
    This quaint village is totally pedestrian and the cars are parked at this parking where our guests have some private spaces and have access by card. Otherwise our guests can reach the hotel to upload the baggage before parking there.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Ask the front desk.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Yes, there are many grocery stores in the surroundings.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Port Grimaud.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    The nearest airport is Toulon airport (30 min.) but we suggest you Nice aiport (1.5 hours away from the hotel) because it is more popular and it has more connections.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus stop is just outside the entrance of Port Grimaud.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest railway station is St. Raphael (25 km).
  • How far away is the beach?
    The beach is 700 metres far from the hotel.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    Both.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, but only small size dogs, on request and with daily extra charge.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not but there are many dining facilities in the surroundings.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, our guests have Internet access from the rooms.
