    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11.30am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    We propose a continental buffet breakfast, and it is not included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, if you prefer.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, Spanish, German, Italian, and sometimes Biulgarian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 4 floors with lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All room are soundproofed.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, some.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, with some international channels (1 in English, 1 in Italian and 1 in German).
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, in all the rooms, and it is included.

    At 80 meters.

    There are both beaches.
