• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not. There is a buffet at the restaurant and different types of breakfast in room service (continental, healthy and American.)
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can. In case of an anticipated departure, the amount of the initial stay will be integrally charged, as compensation.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak French, English and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and an elevator in all the corridors of the hotel (total of 6).
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms and suites are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the rooms on the ground floor do have a terrace, the rooms on the first floor do have a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the rooms on the ground floor do have a terrace, the rooms on the first floor do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we have not but all the accommodations are
  well-ventilated after each departure and check by Housekeeper Manager.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in all the accommodations (minimum of 2 in Suites). There are the following International channels: 10 French, 4 English, 2 German, 1 Arabian, 1 Spanish, 1 Italian, 1 Russian, 1 Dutch.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning free of charge and individually controlled in all rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do and it is free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there is an outside heated swimming-pool open all around the season (Easter-October).
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there are outside parking (free of charge) and indoor garage (extra charge)
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the concierge desk or the reservation department.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  The nearest supermarkets/grocery stores are in the center of St-Tropez (1,5 kms).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Saint Tropez.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Toulon-Hyeres: 55 kms (national airport). Nice: 90 kms (international airport).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not. But we have free shuttle service from and to the village center and Tropézina beach, 24 hours a day, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Saint Tropez (1.5 km).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Saint Raphael (35 km).
• How far away is the beach?
  Bay of Pampelonne at 1.5 km (free shuttle).
  
• Is the beach private or public?
  There are public and private beaches. The nearest beach is Tropézina beach (private and partner of the Château).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, there is. There is a beauty center offering massages, treatments, hair dressers. No sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small and well-educated pets (extra charge). The access is forbidden at the swimming-pool and restaurant.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, the 'Trois Saisons' restaurant and the bar at the pool.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. Some rooms have High Speed connection (ADSL).
