• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has six floors and two lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Every room is quite and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is pay TV, satellite television (31 programs, Canal + & Canal Satellite).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning and it is free of charge.

  Yes, heated and covered in winter.

  Yes.

  At the reception.

  Yes, at 5 km.

  Théoule.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The airport of Nice is at 45 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is in front of the hotel.

  The railway station is 12 km far, at Cannes. There is another smaller one in Tryas.
• How far away is the beach?
  In front of the hotel.
• Is the beach private or public?
  We have private beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets; they have limited access to restaurant, bar, beach and swimming pool.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there are the "Etoile des Mers" and the "Bistrot de la Plage".
