• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.

  The continental breakfast has an extra cost.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  If would be better to settle the bill the day of departure. But it could be possible of course to leave a deposit on arrival.

  English and Italian are spoken at the reception.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  1 floor, no lift.

  Yes, there are private, quiet rooms available.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the rooms (the junior suite and one apartment) have a private terrace.

  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in the rooms/apartments (some of the satellite channels only).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone into the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms/apartments. No extra charge for that.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No internet access for the moment. E-mail point available on request at the reception desk.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming-pool for the moment.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The reception can arrange a car rental for the guests.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are grocery stores and supermarkets in the surroundings.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are vineyards nearby (Bellet on the Nice's hills).
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Mougins or the City of Cannes.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice Côte d'Azur airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, this service is not available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At l'Orangerie, Notre Dame de Vie.

  No fitness center but a spa nearby
