Mougins has just said goodbye to a true legend, and since January 2004, Mougins has opened its arms to a new Chef, to be sure to be his worthy successor. A page has been turned in local history: Alain Llorca has taken over the world famous Moulin de Mougins, created by Roger Vergé, who has inspired many Chefs. But Roger Vergé did not choose his successor lightly: he wanted the best, so he chose Alain Llorca, formerly Chef of the Negresco Palace in Nice. Llorca is sure to continue to make the Mougins name heard around the world.

At cocktail hour, or after a good meal, that's time to stop at the smoking room and take a minute to savor the history of this magical spot. The photos you will see there are a fine homage to Roger Vergé, who created the Moulin. There you can enjoy a delicious cocktail, a sparkling glass of champagne or a rare liqueur...
