Mougins had always attracted great artists like the world-famous Pablo Picasso. Nature lovers will enjoy its Fontmerle lake and Valmasque park, sportmen will delight in the two golf courses niched in the grandiose scenery, and strollers will love the village's charming lanes. To take advantage of the Mediterranean sea, there's the famous Cannes Croisette a mere 6 kilometres away. Nice, with its Promenade des Anglais and international airport is just 30 kilometers from Mougins. The village is a perfect starting point for trips to places on the coast from Saint-Tropez to Monaco, or to visit the area's surprising inland sights. Villages perched high above the canyons of Verdon, perfume makers in Grasse, glassblowers in Biot...all places to visit to get a complete feeling for the highly coveted Riviera.
