  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 3pm until 10pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Our rates are per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Continental breakfast not included in the price.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    The heating is included in the price.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French, English, Italian and Russian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 9 floors in the first building and 3 floors in the second building.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, there are very quiet apartments with garden view.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some of apartments do have a terrace or courtyard.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Some of apartment do have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We do have smoking and non smoking apartments.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    All the apartments have a Satellite TV (International channels) and Pay TV.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    There is a direct line telephone in all apartments.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Mobile air conditioning are available at the reception.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    There is living area in all apartments with table and chairs for dining in each apartment.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not but we offer internet Wi-Fi available in all apartments (fee). The card can be purchased at the reception.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Parking available in underground floor at extra cost.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Ask the reception to call for you.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    Supermarkets and grocery stores are 100 meters from the residence.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    We are in Nice.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Nice Cote d'Azur (7 km).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus stop is at 100 meters from residence.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Nice railway station is 10 minutes by walk from the residence.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The beach is at 400 meters from the residence.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    Both.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, pets are welcome (extra cost).
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not but there are many restaurants nearby.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can. We offer wi-fi access in all apartments. The cards can be purchased at the reception.
