  There are 4 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of our rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our room have an air changement system so you will never smell the smoke of the prewious guest.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and there is no extra charge.

  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not in the hotel but the public swimming pool is few metres far from the property.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a public parking close to the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception.

  Nice Airport Côte d'Azur is at 30 km far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is 300 metres far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is in Monaco (700 mt. far from the hotel).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is only a bar. Anyway there is a wide choice of restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We have modem connection in our rooms.
