• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, you have to settle the bill 30 days before check in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German and Danish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  One or 2 floors for each apartment, no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Apartments are located in the heart of a private property of 2 hectares!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Bed Linen and towels can be rented on the spot.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Either a terrace or a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Either a terrace or a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv in each apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  A nice swimming-pool is at your disposal. Pool for children 8x15: 1 meter deep.
  - pool for adults 9X18: 2,80 meter deep.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Underground parking places are available in our garage. You can book and pay your parking at the reception.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception desk
  - Sunday to Saturday 9am-12pm/5-8 pm
  - Saturday (July & August) 8am-12pm/2-10pm
  - one day closed in the week
  - Limited opening hours during winter (November-March).
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  In Saint Aygulf, 2 km away or in the neighbourhouds during the season.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Saint Aygulf, 2 km far from us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice International Airport, 60 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Saint Aygulf.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Saint Raphael, 13 km.
• How far away is the beach?
  2 km.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public and private beaches are available.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small ones (extra charge).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
