Really fun atmosphere and great friendly staff. Rooms are furnished nicely with little feeling of fun and leisure!! We loved cooking our own soup dish in our well equiped kitchen. Can't wait to return.

The bedrooms were poorly equiped ie only beds and clothes cupboard, no bedside tables or chests or chairs. ... Include there is a public bus service from Nice airport Terminal 1 (shuttle from T2)that stops outside the hotel. Buses are equiped to take luggage, drivers very helpful. We had a taxi out which cost Eu95. ... As we were out of season it was very quiet and peaceful. It is agood location with very good public transport in both directions along the coast.Hotel facilities looked good but were not open.

We were very dissapointed when we first saw the room and even checked with reception that we may have been given the wrong room. It was a lot smaller that it appeared in the photos on your website. The kitchen was ridicuously small, cramped and badly laid out.E.G,the oven was so high up that my wife needed a chair to reach it.Also we are from Ireland (a Nation of Tea Drinkers)but only tiny expresso cups were available. When we queried this with reception,we were told that this was normal for France. In fact,we had just spent 2 nights in a Hotel in Nice where there was no shortage of proper size cups.I know that this is a small point but these are important points to foreign visitors. While the room was clean,it was very expensive for what it was and is not well represented by the photos on your website. ... Great location, great facilities but very dissapointing accomodation.

We had requested a ground floor apartment & were very pleased to get one. The apartment had a garden area outside which was very pleasant ... The bedroom was very very small especially as we had a cot in it ... While we really liked the property & its facilities, I do feel that it was very expensive especially given the size of the apartment ... The website says that there are other shops & restaurants within 50m which is not technically correct ... We really liked the setting and the facilities especially the pool & the Don Cesare restaurant. However I do think the apartment was small & very expensive for what it contained

We were not told of the arrangements for use of the beach area, so found we could not use the beach when we went there. Very dissapointed with the standard of the accommodation: very small and limited facilities. ... After checking out we e-mailed concerniong a computer game left in the appartment. To date we have not had a response. ... Details of booking places on beach. ... Would not recommend

The reception area was closed when we arrived on Saturday 10th as it did not open until 14.00. ... The rooms were smaller than I had expected, although this did not impact on the enjoyment of our holiday. The rooms were clean when we arrived, however we were there for two weeks and they were not cleaned during our stay. We also had to pay for a change of towels which I thought was included in our booking as we had chosen the C type option, but apparently this only included the initial set of towels and bed linen. I would be interested to find out from you what the difference between the B type and C type rooms were. ... Good location, nice hotel with lovely pool area, friendly staff, apartments were nice but not that spacious, particularly the bedroom, close to public transport and especially good location for Antibes/Cannes.
