• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check in and check out from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm depending upon availability. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included and it is a very complete breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German and Iranian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our suite has a 70m² terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, There are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but only the suite has satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is. No extra charge for the service.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, there is internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes, there are 2 swimming pools, one indoor and the other outside and bothe are open the whole year.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking place.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Cannes.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  Yes, there are.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Mougins.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?

• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Cannes.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a sauna.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, let us know at the reservation.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
