Negative - very limited car parking on site, but - positive - car park with access to the hotel next door is very convenient and a weekly pass is very reasonable.
We did not know that the room would have a kitchenette - which was a bonus.

Higher end of 3* quality, and if you get the pool/town view rooms above the swimming pool, then you get a fantastic view. I probably wouldn't pay for breakfast again as it was very dull and given that we had a kitchenette, we could have done better for ourselves.

We were given a room with a pull-out couch for a bed. While the view and size of teh rom was what were had expected, a pull-out couch is not at all what we were anticipating.

I would describe it as a below average tourist class hotel with a ton of potential. The view and location are perfect, the facilities are good, however they are not managed to thier potential. This could be a very good hotel but it lacks some of the basics - like a real bed for example. The restaurant appeared to be a redeaming feature of the hotel, however, our first and last meal there was quite a disappointment. While the service was frendly it was unprofessional (I had ordered a whole fish and the waiter allowed the hostess to filet the fish tableside - it was her first time - needless to say the filet was filled with bones).
