• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, the bill has to be settled one month before the arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Italian, Dutch.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 floors, with lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, the rooms have a terrace or a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we don't.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is Sat TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, air conditionning is not available in the accommodation. Our guests can rent a mobile air conditionning at the reception.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?

  The beach is 100 meters away.
• Is the beach private or public?
  There is a Public and Private beach at 100 meters.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Fitness center at the Résidence Hôtelière Open Golfe Juan - 300 meters.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is "Open Plage" restaurant, open from May to October.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
