We found the directions for getting to the residence a bit lacking in detail but we got there. Also, once we arrived, the system of getting to reception via the underground parking was confusing. Also, once checked in and assigned our parking spot it was very difficult to find. No layout of the parking spaces was furnished and we had to wander all over the underground garage checking the numbers on each space until we found ours.

Worth a vacation but I would instruct him/them about the confusion for entering and parking.

We arrived after 10 pm and the receptionist, whilst polite, clearly wanted home! We had driven for 12 hours and asked where we could eat. He sent us into Cannes where we found nothing. The next day we found restaurants all along the sea front. Clearer directions would have made our arrival experience much more enjoyable. We also were very disappointed with our apartment which looked out onto a building site. However, the following day, we had no problem in changing to a seaview next door in Villa du Parc. The rest of the holiday was most enjoyable.

As stated earlier we were disappointed with the accommodation at Residence Open Les Pins Bleus. However, we found Villa du Parc to be the quality we expected, especially the apartment we had with the large balcony and sea view.

A lot of the apartments do not look out onto the ocean.

the bathrooms are not very good. and had to pay for air conditioning unit for our room . the standard of the apartment is not very good. i there was no air conditioning i had to leave windows open at night.it was very noisy

a poor quality apartment ,if you wanted a holiday without children this would be ideal. but with children it is costly. the drinks around the pool are very pricey. the pool is good standard.

There were no instructions with the voucher to explain that you needed to enter the underground parking, in order to go to reception. The reception for the apartments was not sign-posted.
Also, there were no available parking spaces, despite this being adavertised on the on-line brochure

I have no complaints about the size of the room. I was very disappointed with the location. We were put in a room, which faced directly on to a construction site. We were disturbed by the noise of construction machinery early in the morning.
The room was reasonably clean, apart from the walls and ceiling, which are very dirty and had cobwebs on them. The apartment needs a fresh coat of paint. The beds were of very poor quality. Some light fitting covers were detatched from the wall ( you could see wires exposed) and one light in the small room was faulty (flickering).

You should also let people know whether the room they have booked is ocean facing or not.
There should be discounted price for a room which is in a bad location

Beautiful well kept gardens. Our apartment was spacious enough for 2 but looked musty and dirty, and cheaply furninshed, especially the beds.

the living room is ok, but the bathrooms are disgusting, they are filthy and dirty in the corners. As soon soon as one checks a little bit closer it is not a very nice sight. the main bedroom is by far to small, it gives one the feeling of being in a prison cell.
I knew the building only from the outside and that way it looked nice but from the inside it is not what we expected and I cannot see us booking again. Sorry.

renovate the appartments and especially make sure it is clean underneath everywhere.

have to admit I didn't check the directions to the property on line. We used directions from friend who stays there annually and, hence, turned the wrong way to apt!
Our error and folks at other Open residence directed us correctly back to Les Pins Blues.

Very good front desk staff.
Quickly saw to burnt out light bulbs and other simple requests.
thought the apt had a radio and a microwave but not a big deal it did not.

maid arrived 35 minutes before the mandatory 10 am check out. That was the only negative.

One unfortunate experience was an ant-invasion on our terrasse on the 5.th floor. We got a box of spray to fight the ants ourselves.
The tunnel under the railway/road for access to beach was in a poor state when we arrived. Was cleaned twice during our stay, but needs more frequent cleaning.

We arrive at 1pm but could not get into the appartement until after 5pm.

The corridor and the rooms were dirty. We moved out after two days finding alterbative hotel.
