  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm, Check Out before midday.

  The price is per room.

  Beakfast is not included in the price, you can have continental or buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have an elevator, and we have 3 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  On request you can book a room with a lovely view on the sea.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  On request you can have a room with balcony or terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  On request you can have a room with balcony or terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Some of the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms are with satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, and there is no charge for it.

  No, there is a regular, public shuttle service from Nice airport to Menton.

• How far away is the beach?

  There are both.
