• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room or Suite.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a buffet breakfast in the breakfast room, or a continental breakfast served in the rooms. It is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, Italian, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 floors, with 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet and romantic, with excellent view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The suites have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only two rooms (mountain side) have no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The whole second floor is non smoking, as well as one Suite, which is at the 6th floor.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there are 30 channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Rooms may be heated or air conditionned according to the weather and your desires, as the control is individual. This service is included in the price.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is a an Internet point in the lobby, and wi-fi connection in all the Hotel, for an extra fee.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but we have a jacuzzi in a Veranda, open all year round during the day.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have 9 places in a covered parking for an extra charge, and 6 places in an outdoor parking for free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We have an agreement with a car rental, with special prices for guests booking from and to Nice airport. The reception can also arrange it with a car rental in Menton.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest towns are Monaco and Ventimille in Italy.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice Cote d'Azur, at 25 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, and it is charged.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Place d'Armes, at 50 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Menton at 800 meters.
• How far away is the beach?
  10 mètres!
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, for free.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, we have wi-fi connection in the whole Hotel.
