 Our apartments are fully equipped in order to offer comfortable accommodation for your holidays in Cannes. Each apartment has a kitchenette provided with utensils, oven, fridge, telephone, TV/Sat. Balcony in all apartments. Bed linen and towels can be rented on site.
On the ground floor of the residence there is a reception open 24-hour a day with a multilingual staff. Extensive tourist information about things to do and sites of interest will be given at the reception.
Restaurants, theatre, etc reservation can be made for you. Excursions, car rental and taxi can also be arranged at the reception. |
 A beautiful very large overflowing swimming pool is at your disposal. Well equipped with showers, toilets and changing-rooms, is the perfect palce to spend lazy hours. During the season you can rent mattresses for deck chairs and beach umbrellas around the swimming pool.
Breakfast is not included in the rates as the apartments are fully equipped and guests can prepare their meal but we serve a continental breakfast at extra charge.

 Residence Residéal is located right in the center of Cannes. The beach is at only 5 minutes walking distance, rue d'Antibes with its huge number of shops (perfume shops, jewels designers and Haute Couture) is just beside the hotel and the Palais du Festival with its fascinating "promenade of the stars", is at only 800 meters.
Cannes is a lively and vibrant city that worth a visit not only for the renowned festival: in town you will find the Musée de la Castre, exhibitions of Mediterranean Art. Musée de la Mer, Island Ste Marguerite, Old state prisons cells, which famous one of "The Man in the Iron Mask".
Moreover we suggest our guests to visit the "the Vieux Port", the most ancient part of Cannes and house of the finest restaurants. There are several open markets in town such as the "Marché Fortville," every day except on Monday in winter (fruits, vegetables, flowers), Marché Gambetta (clothing) and "Les Allées de la Liberté" for antiques, on Saturday, from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
