  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 5pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per apartment.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, our continental breakfast is not included in the price.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating is included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The bill for the stay can be settled on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French, English, Italian, German.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Ther are 6 floors and 2 lifts.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Most of the rooms are quiet.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    You can bring your own, or rent a kit.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not, but they do have a balcony.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    All apartments do have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, there is a Sat/TV with international channels in all apartments.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is a telephone in all apartments.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    No, each apartment has its own lounge area for dining.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not but all apartments have Wi-Fi access.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    The swimming pool is open from April to October (according to the weather).
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Garage is available (extra charge).
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Main car rental companies are in the surroundings.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    The nearest supermarket is 500 m far from the residence.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    The residence is in the centre of Cannes.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Nice airport (30 km far from Cannes).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus stop "La Croisette" (200 metres far from us).
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Cannes railway station is 700 m far from the residence.
  • How far away is the beach?
    About 200 metres far from us.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    You can find both on La Croisette.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are accepted but there is an extra charge.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can. All apartments are Wi-fi connected.
