• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not, kitchens in the apartments are provided with coffee machine.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, of course.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors, and no elevators, but we are going to have one soon.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartments are quiet and nice.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There are no terraces, but there is a charming interior garden available to all our guests.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, in two Studio apartments.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in all the apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in all the apartments.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In some apartments there is WI-FI internet access. But there is not a computer at our guests disposal. However we can arrange it upon request.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, but upon request and for an extra fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can help you with that.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, plenty.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Cannes.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Cannes.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Cannes.
• How far away is the beach?
  2 minutes.
• Is the beach private or public?
  There are both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but small ones.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, in some apartments there in WI-FI Internet connection.
