  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per appartment, and per week.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No it is not but the residence's guests can take it at the hotel (extra charge).
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, it is.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak French, English, German, some Italian and Slavic.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The apartments are on 2 floors and there is no elevator to get to your front door.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Our apartments are very quiet.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    No they are not. For an extra charge we can provide them.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes they have, both the living room and the bedrooms open on a terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Yes, they have 2 terraces.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, there is a TV in each apartment, with international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, of course. You can dine in the living room or on the terrace.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We only have one in the hotel.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    The Residence's clients can access for free the hotel's swimming pool.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, each flat has a private garage.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car in Le Lavandou.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    All conveniences (grocery stores, tobacconist, newsagent...) are nearby at 1,5 kilometers away.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    It is Cavalière and Le Lavandou.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    It is Hyeres-Toulon airport at 25 kilometers.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, we do not run this kind of service.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    It is "Les Roches" just 200 meters away.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    It is Hyeres train station.
  • How far away is the beach?
    The beach is close, only at 200 meters away.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    A part of it is private and another part is public.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, they are.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not, one can have breakfast at the hotel's.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you can not connect your modem in the flat.
