• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In any time until 8pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you have to.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French and Portuguese, but the owners are always reacheable by telephone, and they speak English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is at the 4th floor, and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, it is very quite and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, everything is provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There is a balcony facing the park and the sea.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a television, but no satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, and it is not included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  In the apartments there is a living space, where you can dine.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there are many places around.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport of Nice.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, plenty nearby.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Nice.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Nearby.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Cannes
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is on the other side of the park facing the apartment.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
