Due justice is done to the matter of eating. The Chef offers a lights lunch of fish or shellfish grilled over a wood fire and served on the seashore. Dinner is a gastronomic delight served in one of the most beautiful dining rooms in the entire Côte d'Azur, with wide bay windows gazing down to the sea.
 
Eric Ballan, rated 16/20 by Gault & Millau, is a young talented Chef. He offers an imaginative and gastronomic cuisine based on the extraordinary variety of raw materials and their flavours to be found in the Regions of France.
