- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. You can also choose the half-board (breakfast + dinner) or full-board (breakfast + lunch + dinner) option. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, it is not included. There are 3 types of breakfast: at the restaurant as a buffet: hot and cold drinks, cereals, croissants, breads, sweet and salty specialties. At the bar: reduced breakfast made of croissants and hot/cold drinks and in room continental breakfast (hot and cold drinks, cereals, croissants, breads, sweet and salty specialties). - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, as you prefer. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak English, Italian and French. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
We have 6 floors and is indeed available a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
A little advice for you, ask for a standing room sea view, which is very spacious, cosy and boasting an enchanting view. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Only sea view-rooms do have this kind of facilities. Rooms on the first floor have a terrace, then, from the 2nd to the 5th, rooms have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we do not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, there is a Sat/TV with French, English and Italian channels in each of our rooms. You will enjoy TPS in every room. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is air conditioning in every rooms during summer and heating during winter. No extra charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we do not have but the receptionist will tell you where to find the nearest Internet point (there is one 30 meters far from the hotel). - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, just the sea facing us! - Is parking or garage available?
You can park in the street which is free on Sundays, from 7pm to 9am and between noon and 2pm. However we will show you how to reach the two public but safe (because closed) car parks, just a hundred meters from the hotel. - Where can we rent a car?
In Menton, not far from the hotel. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Yes, there is a supermarket just in front of the entrance, city side. - Which is the nearest village or town?
Menton. - Which is the nearest airport?
Nice airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No, we do not but a bus going from Nice airport to Menton throught Monaco is available every day. You can also take the train or a taxi. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Up our road on the city side, 50 meters far from the hotel. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Menton approx. 10 minutes walking distance. - How far away is the beach?
10 meters. - Is the beach private or public?
It is a public beach. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not but on the fifth floor is available a little fitness room. - Are pets welcome?
No, sorry. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
Yes, there is and it is open for lunch and dinner. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.
