 Comfort: we paid a great attention to the comfort of our clientele in accessing to a good level of acoustic insulation and in equiping each apartment with air conditioning system.
Health: materials has been selected to preserve the cleaness and the healthiness of apartments. For these reasons, no pets are allowed.
Security: a video system controls input and output ; each apartment is equiped with special lock and safe box.
Communication: a cordless phone with personal number in each apartment is completed with special plugs to connect an analogic or digital computer modem and of course with cable TV.
Kitchen: in each apartment an equiped kitchen with electric hotplate, refrigerator, microwave and all dishes.
Bathroom and toilets: each of them is equiped with a specious shower, hairdryer and also electric plugs in accordance with european and american standards. Private toilets. |
 Car rental: in partnership with some international compagnies, Côté Mer-Sea Side may put at your disposal a hired car choosen in your favourite category, in a very cheap condition, picked up from anywhere in France. For exemple your selected car will wait for you at Nice airport. Car rental is not possible out of a package including 3 nights booking at least.
Car park: parking in the centre of Cannes is not so easy. Côté Mer-Sea Side proposes parking facilities in a guarded car park just 100 meters away.
Meeting organisation: Côté Mer-Sea Side can take in charge the logistic organisation of these types of meetings: show-room, meeting space, food, cocktail, transportation. |

Cannes and its area is a very good place to make outdoor sports. Every year a lot of international sporting events are organised such as sailing boat, horse riding or golf. There are more than 15 famous golf courses around Cannes which is well known for playing golf. |
