• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is always per room and is inclusive of all tax and service except city tax.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is available at the restaurant at 19 Eur per person. Continental breakfast can be served through the room service.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Usually the stay has to be settled upon departure but you may ask to pay upon arrival your main invoice, and pay your extras upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Italian and German are spoken at the reception.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 7 floors served by 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are private, soundproofed and offer either city view or side sea view.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Elysee Palace is a modern building with glass granite architecture. There is no terrace but the hotel offers from May to September a panoramic rooftop with an outdoor swimming pool and sun chairs.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  There is no balcony in the rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, 2 floors are reserved for our non smoking guests.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms provide satellite TV with international channels, and pay TV system.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Private air conditioning system between April and October. Heating system between November and March at no charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not available at this time.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Outdoor swimming pool between May 15 and September 15.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private parking at 15 Eur per car per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the concierge desk.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Cannes (25 kms).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Upon request at a charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Grosso - 100 m.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Nice Centre ville.
• How far away is the beach?
  The beach is 50 m. far from the property.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Private.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets only at 20 Eur per day.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes (Le Caprice).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
