• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All the prices are per room and per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We propose a continental breakfast served in the rooms, or a buffet in the breakfast room. It is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors, and yes, we have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, most of all the rooms overviewing the seaside.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, the rooms located on the first floor have private terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of the rooms on the seaside hava a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all the rooms are equipped with thelevision and satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, without charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All the rooms are equipped with a broadband ADSL Internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?

• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?

• Which is the nearest village or town?
  The nearest towns on the seaside are La Napoule and Golfe de Juan.

  Nice airport at 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  At 500 meters from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Gare SNCF of Cannes at 300 meters.
• How far away is the beach?
  At 500 meters.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Both, the Hotel has no private beaches.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, not at the Hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
