We wanted to have 4 people in one room and the on-line service would not allow this. However, there was plenty of space in our room for 4 people. We would have appreciated the savings of using one room.

I had booked a suite with one double two single beds. Got 2 single beds and a pull out couch for myself and my husband, which was the most uncomfortable couch I have ever slept on. I was not impressed with this. Also we arrived for breakfast at 10.55am to find everything was being cleaned away and we actually got no food. Again I was most annoyed and disappointed as I had emailed the hotel several times to confirm my requirements, which were very basic and basically not met. I did get a reduction on price but it spoiled my stay. I would not return.
