• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1.30pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Tre price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price. We serve a continental brekfast in the room or a buffet breakfast in the lobby.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German and Italian spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet and romantic most of them have terrific views over the "Baie des Anges".
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms do have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with international channels in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone in each room but it is not direct. You have to dial the 0 to have the line.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but we offer free Wi-Fi access in the lobby.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not... but the sea is just in front of you!
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not. There is a private parking at walking distance.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception to call for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, there are some grocery stores nearby.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Nice.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice Airport, 10 km far from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop at 1 km far from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Nice railway station is at 2 km far from the hotel.
• How far away is the beach?
  Just in front of the hotel! Our guests have just to cross the street to reach our private beach.
• Is the beach private or public?
  The hotel has a private beach but there are also public beaches close by.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we do not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome free of charge.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can but we do not have high-speed Internet access in the rooms.
