• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Yes, the price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included and is composed of yogurth, cheese, fruit, cakes, cereals, hot drinks, bread, croissants and juices.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, We anderstand Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors without lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are quiet, romantic and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smoking, you can smoke in the terrace.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in all rooms there is satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a telephone but it is for internal use.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in two rooms.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but there is one 5 minutes walking.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking area in front of the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in "Cagnes sur mer".
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes at 5 minutes walking.
• Are there vineyards nearby?
  One hour by car.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Cagnes sur Mer (10 minutes walking).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The Nice Airport is at 8Km from the property.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There is a bus stop in front of the guest house where our guests can enjoy a free shuttle to the Center.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is "Cagnes sur mer".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is a restaurant beside the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
