• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 8pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No it is not included, continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Each apartment has a private terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, terrace only.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV in each apartment.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is only a phone card booth near the reception.
  However, it is possible to rent a mobile phone, on request only.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No air conditioning - fan on request.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we have an Internet point at the reception and there is a Wi-Fi connection from a terrace near the reception
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Yes. The swimming pool is open from 9.00am to 9.00pm from May until October. Closed during the winter season.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free parking in the residence.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nice airport or in Cannes. Please contact us if you want find your car waiting you at the residence.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Just in front of the residence you will find some stores and the residence is a 5 minutes' drive for the supermarkets.
• Which is the nearest village or town?
  Cannes la Bocca 1 km, Mandelieu la Napoule.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice Côte d'Azur.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Boulevard Leader Station (30 meters).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Cannes La Bocca: 1 km. Cannes: 2 km.
• How far away is the beach?
  100 meters.
• Is the beach private or public?
  Public beach.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is a Wi-Fi connection only from 2 studios.
