pool. It is close to the beach and has
little markets nearby. So very convenient
place as for couple as well as for family.

The Owner 'Terry' was a Superb Guy....the accommodations were not what we expected...the 'Bed' was very small.....the Room had good size.....we thought we were Staying in a Hotel....but this was more of an Apartment....our Fault...it was quite clear on our 'Reservation' that it was an 'Apartment'...but we did not know that until we Arrived.......Again....'Terry' and his Wife were 'Spectacular'...and they have a very nice Place in a very nice surrounding....with a 'Great View'

The position was great, accommodation clean, comfortable and welcoming. The owners were lovely and always helpful. We would definitely stay again and tell our friends.

The only minor downfall would be the railway line obstructing your view of the sea, but it wasn't noisy and worth the minor deterent for the value and charm.

Close to town, charming, clean, beautiful pool area, close to beach and easy walk down promenade to Cannes central.

Despite arrival late at night (long after official check-in time), reception was available,courteous and helpful.

Apartment,residence, and location very accurately described. Proximity to beach via private garden gate (3 minutes) and La Bocca station via laneway outside gate (10 minutes) could perhaps be emphasised more on site material. Important that response to orginal Riveriaby email enquiry and subsequent queries came directly from residence management. Managment very helpful, residence, garden and pool exceptionally well maintained (even in stormy weather). Deposit and settlement systems worked well, final bill exactly as per contract. Would happily return again.

Ideal, quiet base from which to explore the Riveria, either by car or the (excellent) bus and train services. Perfect for those who wish for peace and privacy, and abhor large modern apartment complexes, while action sopts are all within easy reach.

The pictures on the website describing the room, garden and poolarea did not fully match the reality. The rooms are clean and spacious - but the overall quality of the residense looked slightly better on the pictures than i reality. In total we are happy with our stay.

There is a train line just by the sea front that can be disturbing during evenings, mornings and nights if your room faces the sea front.

Good location, 5 min walk to the beach or you can just lounge by the pool. Easy acess with car to supermarket, take the bus to the town centre or a 20 min walk.
