  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Our rates are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, breakfast is not included in the price. We serve a rich buffet breakfast.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Our terms are as follows: 50% deposit is required at the reservation by credit card and the balance will be due on departure but if you book only one night we ask for a the total amount at the reservation.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    French, English, German, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Danish and Dutch.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 5 floors and 2 elevators in the building.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are very quiet as the hotel is situated in a private domain on a hill at the entrance of Saint Tropez. The rooms have all the same standard and are furnished in a romantic provencial style.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    All our rooms have a private terrace or balcony. Some of the are up to 30 m². Two of our suites have a 50m² terrace.

  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    Yes, there is a TV with a wide choice of international channels in each of our rooms.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is, it is individually controlled and free of charge.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We have internet access in all rooms as well as wi-fi.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Our swimming pool and its 200 m² terrace is open daily from 7 am to 7 pm. Bar service from 10 am to 7 pm.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    We have free guarded outside parking and on request a garage (extra cost).
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Our Concierge service is at your entire disposal for car rentals and any kind of transfers.
  • Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
    We are at about 2 km from a large commercial center as well as 2 km from Saint Tropez.
  • Which is the nearest village or town?
    Saint Tropez (2 km).
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    St. Tropez has serveral aiports nearby: Nice International Airport (1-1/2 hour drive), Marseille International Airport (1-1/2 hour drive), Toulon-Hyeres Airport (1 hour drive), La Mole St. Tropez Aerodrome (30 min. drive).
    Helicopter: There are several flights from Nice to St Tropez (18 min.) and we provide a shuttle transfer from the helipad to Villa Belrose(about 10 min.).
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Our Concierge service is at your entire disposal for car rentals and any kind of transfers. Transfer can be arranged by limousine or taxi.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus station is Saint Tropez.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The TGV (high speed train) connects Nice and St Raphaël to the main towns in France. The nearest railway station is St Raphaël (30 min. drive).
  • How far away is the beach?
    The well known beaches of Club 55, la Voile Rouge, Tahiti are approx. 5 km far from Villa Belrose.
  • Is the beach private or public?
    Both.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    There is a fitness-beauty centre to add a touch of comfort and well being to your stay. We invite our guests to discover some relaxing moments with the products of "La Prairie".
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are welcome with exception of the pool area and the gourmet restaurant. There is a daily supplement.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Yes, Gourmet restaurant and its exceptional terrace above St Tropez bay managed by the famous chef Thierry Thiercelin.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Yes, you can. We have Internet access in all rooms.
