| Cancellation Policy | |
Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival. The full booking rate will be charged in the following cases: - The reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival - The reservation is cancelled after check-in - The length of stay is shortened in relation to the original booking - A no-show.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
