All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
The breakfast in not included in the price. It is a buffet breakfast. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
English, Italian and German. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The building has two floors and no elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
All the rooms are quiet and private with some overlooking the garden. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Only the Suite has a private terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Some rooms have a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, there are some. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?

The nearest International airport is Nice (30 km). Cannes Airport, for private Jets only is at 2 km only. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
No there is no shuttle from or to the airport. A national bus company provides the transfers every half an hour from Cannes to Nice Airport - Which is the nearest bus-stop?

The nearest railway station in Cannes centre, 20 minutes walking distance from and to the Hotel. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
No, they are not. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
