• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included in the price.
  It is a buffet breakfas with cereals, cheese, ham, yogurt, eggs, breads, croissant etc..
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill the day of your arrival date.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  French, English, German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 3 floors and an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are equipped with windows soundproofed and very charming.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our rooms don't have terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms have balcony on the street.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have TV with satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a telephone in each room with a direct dialing.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There are air conditioning in each room. There is no charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There are interent connection in the hotel with the wifi.
  We will very soon a internet point at the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is no swimming pool at the hotel.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is no parking at the hotel but there are a few public parking close by.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You have the possibility to rent a car through the hotel with special rates.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Nice is the nearest airport from the Hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have no shuttle to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at the city hall, 5 minute walking.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Cannes, just behind the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is no fitness center at the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are not welcome at the hotel.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is no restaurant at the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can connect your modem in the room.
