The hotel's staff and manager were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a luggage problem with the airline and they cooperated with us to retrieve the luggage.

You should definetly talk about the Swisscom Wi-Fi hotspot that you can reach from the rooms (I could log on from #105)

A great place to stay, I really felt like I was in my own house.
