We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay at Vista Palace Hotel. The room was beautiful,the bed very comfortable, the service excellent, the extra little touches (like complementary fruit basket a couple of times) pleasant, not to mention the beautiful location of the hotel and the breathtaking views of the sea. The personel was always pleasant and ready to assist. We will definitely stay there again!

For those that like a little challange and 'adventure', mentioning of the stairway that leads from the top of the mountain (just a few hundred meters down the road from the hotel) all the way down to the beach, with breathtaking views, wild blackberry bushes along the way and a great workout, particularly climbing back up (it takes approximately 20-30 minutes to descend down the steps and perhaps 45-55 minutes to ascend back up the stairway!)

A modern, functional, comfortable facility practically hanging off a high cliff, with breathtaking views of the riviera (Monte Carlo on one side, the Italian coast on the other, and beautiful azure sea).

Our room was very warm and uncomfortable. I asked for help with the A/C, and also the shade over the window through which the sun was streaming. They said someone could come in 15 minutes but no one came to assist me.

The valet servise for the car was excellent throughout and transportation to Monaco.

The breakfast was superb, the best we'd had our whole stay in Europe Pool was splendid. Vistas unforgettable.

Elegant, reserved, European, childfriendly. not for acrophobics, difficult to get to.

We felt immediately welcomed and we were even escorted to our rooms.

We all felt like royalty and the only regret we had was that we had to leave. The view, the rooms, the breakfaast, the pool were all exceptional. I hope that sometime in the future to return for an extended stay.

They even figured out how to get all our luggage packed into our SUV. That night we even took a picute so that we could pack it exactly the same way the next morning.

That it is worth every penny and if you are staying on the Riviera that you should stay at the Vista Palace.

Hotel sent a car to get us at train station. Unfortunately, there are three entrances and driver was waiting at the least obvious one (furthest from the platforms and with steps to carry luggage up).

Hotel is much too far from any town/Restaurant/Shop etc to attempt to walk. As far as I can tell there is no way to walk down the terraces to the coast (though I may be wrong). Taxi fare to Monaco is around 25 Euro one way. Free 'shuttle' is available most of the time provided you book early. In practice the shuttle service works very well. Most of the time we seemed to be the only people using it. One of the terraces shown on all the brochures looks like a fantastic place to relax with a drink and enjoy the views but it's actually not available to hotel guests!

Perfect location with the most breathtaking views from every part of the hotel. I would definately stay here again. Perfect place to celebrate a special occasion (as we did).

we had to change our arrival time due to a delay with our train, and the hotel was very accomodating!

we were very impressed with everything. the only comment I will make is that the cost of the breakfast was not included which was fine, but at no time were we told how much it was. we still had breakfast every morning as it was very good but someone should have told us how much extra is was going to be.
